Side Notes From Landrover

These last couple posts are some of the ones of the schools things we did together and they'll be some of the last, but we're going to try to make it work. Sandbox got into a very advanced placement art program at a different high school, while I am staying at the one I was going to go to in the first place for their band program (and because thats my district)

Even though most of our friends are going to the same school, we'll make it work with Sandbox and our amazing friends we've made over the years. I love you all and wish you best of luck <3

#64-Find Grade 9 Grad Dresses

So this was our last year in junior high, and our friend Oven's amazing mom held us a dinner and dance to celebrate. So congrats to the 9's, we all looked amazing :) (And thanks to our teachers for cutting us some slack the next day by giving us yet another project to do the day after. We all appreciate it.)

Marching Band Awesomeness!!

So, we went to an matching band invitational at one of the high schools in our city with our junior high. It was so much fun, and we both decided to do Color Guard (Flags). It's actually really difficult to do, but after a few hits to the head, we got the routine down. We took some photos we want to share with everyone :)

Oh, did we mention OUR SCHOOL is the BEST (Yes! The Best!) Junior High band in the whole city? That's because we have an amazing teacher, who we'll miss next year!

#29-Get Sandbox Colorful Guitar strings

Sandbox, as a band geek, needs only the best for her guitar. So what does a bass player do? They buy colored guitar strings. She bought purple bass guitar strings, and they are friggen awesome :D (And now Landrover wants purple reeds for her clarinet!)

#84-Watch a Chick Flick

So, as girls, for some reason we like Chick Flicks. Yes, we know "It's kinda lame" (And Landrover protested) but we watched The Last Song.

Sandbox has seen this movie a million times, and We have to admit we were both tearing up during the movie.

Seriously. It's actually a pretty good movie, and it's sad in the end. The perfect chick flick, and we endorse this movie (Even if we don't get paid for saying that)
